§ 03 — ABOUT

Forty years of practice. Seventy certifications. One throughline.

Dr. Nathaniel P. Crews has spent four decades inside the engine room of project, program, and portfolio delivery — as a developer, integrator, PMO director, scrum master, and executive coach.

Today he teaches Agile and Systems Engineering at Caltech’s Center for Technology and Management Education, serves as Account Executive for PMI Partnerships, and helps enterprises bridge legacy project practice with AI-augmented delivery. His learning philosophy is plain: training has to fit the strategy, technology, architecture, and culture the team actually works in.

"

Nathaniel Crews is a project management savant. He helped jump-start our newly formed team — from core principles to advanced agile concepts — in an experiential setting that made the subject matter come to life.

"

Nate Crew was a wonderful addition to our PMI Austin Spring Professional Development Day event. Our attendees had great things to say about his session, especially his depth of knowledge around AI and governance, and the way he made such an important topic practical and easy to understand. Beyond his session, Nate was highly engaging with our members as an exhibitor, taking the time to thoughtfully explain the Caltech program and answer questions with genuine passion and clarity. His expertise, professionalism, and approachable style made a strong impression on our community, and we were grateful to have him at our event.
