Dr. Nathaniel P. Crews has spent four decades inside the engine room of project, program, and portfolio delivery — as a developer, integrator, PMO director, scrum master, and executive coach.

Dr. Nathaniel (Nate) P. Crews Ph.D. is an agility expert and technology futurist with a distinguished record of delivering mission-ready solutions with 45 plus years experience. As an educator, he teaches Agile and Systems Engineering at Caltech CTME. Nate Teaches at Caltech CTME Program and UC Berkeley Extension Programs.

Nate is a committed contributor to the NDIA’s ADAPT, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering, and AI subcommittees, and actively mentors professionals pursuing INCOSE Systems Engineering certification. He holds a Ph.D. in Management/Information Systems and a second doctorate in Advanced Information Technology. He also earned an Executive Master’s from The Wharton School and has a Certified  Executive CTO designation from Wharton School of Businessand is in the process of earning a Certified  Executive AI and Data Analytics designation from Wharton School of Business.

He holds over 70 certifications in agility, leadership, and project management. His professional credentials include BRMP, CBRM, Certified PMI PMP & ACP Instructor, SAFe, and CPMAI (Cognitive Project Management for AI). He is also certified in Data Analytics, MBSE, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and Machine Learning through Caltech.

His instructional philosophy centers on aligning the learning experience to your organizational strategy, emerging technologies, systems architecture, and cultural context. He empowers teams to deliver rapid, measurable value and lead enterprise-scale digital transformation.
